Sinterklaas and Christmas are coming up again and it is busier than usual. As a result, the delivery of your package may take longer than you are used to from us. Sorry for that. Read the most frequently asked questions below.

  • Can my shipment be delayed?
Yes, your shipment may unfortunately be delayed in the current situation. A large part of our orders are still delivered the next day, but due to the peak period at PostNL your package may be delayed. We do everything we can to offer you convenience and service during this time, but sometimes a little less quickly than you are used to from us.
  • Do you pass on PostNL's peak surcharge to customers?
No. Despite the fact that extra costs have to be made to deliver packages to your home as quickly as possible during this time, we do not believe that the customer should suffer from this. That is why our shipping costs remain the same (€4.90 in the Netherlands, €6.90 in Belgium and free shipping from €50).
  • Will there be deliveries if I am in quarantine?
Yes, the delivery staff will keep their distance when delivering or will leave orders at your front door to avoid physical contact. Would you rather make a new appointment? No problem. Please contact our customer service.
  • Can postal workers still work and deliver packages?
For now, we and our delivery partners are working hard to deliver your order. We will keep you informed about possible other measures in the future on this page and in our emails.
  • I really need my package right away, can I pick it up?
Yes! When checking out in our webshop, choose the option to pick up and you can pick up your package the same day at our warehouse in Breda. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:30. Please note that you only order products that are currently in stock (ordered before 22:00 is often delivered the next day).
