These Pay Later terms and conditions apply between you and Zengrowth if you choose this payment method.

If you choose Pay later, you will be offered the option to pay 14 days after your order has been shipped. The claim on you will be transferred by us to Klarna Bank AB. A payment instruction will then be sent by Klarna so that you can pay Klarna directly.

Don't pay until you receive your order!

Klarna offers consumer purchase protection. This means that you do not have to pay for your order until you have received it. Klarna can also help you if you have problems with your purchase. Please note that you pause the invoice in Klarna, to avoid reminders.

Costs and (late) payment

If you have not paid Klarna by the due date stated in the payment instructions, a first reminder will be sent free of charge by email with a new payment term of 14 days. For the second reminder, Klarna will charge €13.50 in reminder costs. For purchases under €20, a €7.50 reminder fee will be charged. If payment is not made, these costs can amount to 15% of the invoice amount for amounts up to €2,500, with a minimum of €40.

Credit check and the handling of your data by Klarna

If you choose the Pay later method, Klarna may assess your creditworthiness. If a credit check has been carried out, you may be informed by email or letter. Your personal data is processed by Klarna to fulfil their obligations under this agreement and for additional purposes set out in their privacy statement, which you can find here . By using Klarna's services, you confirm that you have read this statement. Klarna processes your personal data, for example, to identify you and to conduct customer analysis, credit assessments, marketing and business development. Klarna may also transfer your data to selected partners (such as credit reference agencies), who may be located outside the EU/EEA. Dealing with Klarna's rights

You agree that Klarna may assign its rights under a contract to which these terms apply to another person or legal entity. If Klarna does so, this will not affect your statutory (consumer) rights in any way.
