Delivery conditions for stationary massage tables

Delivery time
In most cases, we do not have the stationary massage table in stock in the Netherlands, but in the warehouse of our supplier in Germany. We order the massage table for you and we arrange the handling for the transport and offer you the right service when something is defective, as you are used to from us. This means that the delivery time of our stationary massage tables is 1 to 2 weeks. Compare it to the delivery of a new sofa in the living room, this often also has a somewhat longer delivery time and is often not in stock in the Netherlands. Of course, it is still possible to return these massage tables within 30 days!

Delivery to your door
Delivery will be made to a third party (transport company) who will deliver the massage table to the front door of the building . Our stationary massage tables are heavy and you will need at least two people to lift the massage table inside. When you know when the massage table will be delivered, make sure there are people who can help you.

Delivery by appointment
Since these tables cannot be transported with standard mail order companies (PostNL, DPD), they are transported via pallet transport. Pallet transport is a lot more expensive than delivery via standard mail order companies and despite that we still sell the massage tables with free delivery.

The electric massage tables are shipped from Germany and when they arrive at our external carrier's depot (which will be 2 to 5 business days after placing the order), you will be called by the carrier for a delivery appointment. Make sure that you are actually at home at the agreed time of delivery, because if you are not, the carrier can charge up to € 75 in additional costs for a second delivery attempt. If a second delivery attempt is necessary, we are forced to charge for it. But let's try to prevent this :-)

Delivered ready to use
Our massage tables are delivered ready to use. Depending on the model, a few screws may need to be tightened, but this is never more complicated than a simple Ikea kit.

50% deposit, 50% afterwards
Due to the long delivery time, we understand that you do not want to pay 100% in advance. That is why you pay 50% in advance, and 50% within 3 working days after delivery.
