Delivery conditions Fixed Massage Tables

The delivery of a fixed massage table can often be compared to the delivery of a new sofa in the living room.

The delivery of our fixed massage tables is done by an external carrier who delivers the massage table to the front door. The massage table is heavy, and therefore has to be lifted in by two people . When you know when the massage table will be delivered, make sure there is help. For delivery in the Netherlands we can indicate this accurately to half a day, for deliveries to Belgium this is only possible on a whole working day. In some cases it is also possible to schedule a delivery time by telephone.

These massage tables are expensive to deliver, and despite that we still have free delivery. If for whatever reason you refuse delivery or are not home when this was agreed, we are forced to charge the shipping costs or schedule a second delivery attempt. The costs of this can amount to a maximum of €180. But let's make sure that doesn't happen :-)

We will let you know when the massage table will be delivered, so make sure you are home and that there is help. If you are not home, please let us know in time so that we can change the delivery time.

In terms of delivery time for products in stock in our warehouse, it often takes us one working day to schedule a delivery time together, and two days to actually deliver the product.

For our regular massage tables we require a 50% deposit before delivery. The remaining 50% must be transferred after satisfaction.
